As an important part of food safety we can document the entire value chain. The whole value chain from egg to slaughter can be tracked, including feed tracking.

Our electronic tracking system lets us provide documentation for each group of fish as to which surroundings they have grown up in, what they have eaten, which analyses have been performed and how they have been treated. It is possible for us to print out the fish's “CV” during the entire production process.
