Thick fillets, white meat and firm muscle

Nærøysund AS farms Atlantic cod (Gadus morhua). The skin varies in colour from dark green/brown to light green/brown, and the fish has a consistent depth of fillet along the back, which gives excellent fillet utilisation. The meat is delicate and white. Characteristics from feedback from our customers include:
